What is Lomi Mai Ka Na'au?

In 1993, Penny Prior and Ku'uipo Latonio teamed up to create the Lomi Mai Ka Na'au trainings in Hawai'i.

Our trainings are intended to inspire participants in self reflection and to assist them in understanding how we move and operate in the world as well as knowing where energy is blocked. Students also learn how to create flow and movement and raise their vibrational levels and frequencies. In knowing who we are we become more aware as human/spiritual beings and more connected to our center, our “Na’au”. When we expand our sense of self we become linked to all that surrounds us and we feel the inter connectedness of all life.

What also make these trainings very special are the rich background and many years of experience that Ku'uipo Latonio and Penny Prior have as facilitators. The other unique part of the trainings is their location. They are very fortunate to be teaching on sacred Hawaiian land on the island of Kaua'i. It is an outdoor training held in a botanical garden alongside a river and nearby one of Kauai’s most beautiful beaches.
