PENNY PRIOR

Penny's first inspiration for these trainings came from her Hawaiian Kahuna teacher whom she trained with for 4 years in Hawai'i and abroad. In 1990, she moved to Hawai'i and in 1992, she joined a hula halau (school) and trained with a kumu hula (master of hula and Hawaiian culture) and is still with the halau today. Penny is a seminar leader in Hawai'i where she teaches with Ku'uipo since 1992. She also teaches on her own overseas since 1996. She incorporates her 26 years of experience in the healing arts and all the other modalities she has trained in. These include many forms of dance, martial arts, yoga, voice training, outdoor wilderness skills, bodywork trainings (specializing in Lomi, the ancient Hawaiian bodywork), bodyoriented psychotherapy, geomancy and just living on the land and sincerely loving the earth.
